It was happening 5

Dinner never felt so good , i thought to myself . We promised for a candle light dinner at the cafe just down the street . I made the effort to book the best table in the restaurant add on with a with of the finest and convenient champagne . I used up my 2 months of saving for the dinner , but to realise that she's having dinner with me , money didn't matter at all . i felt like I could spend her millions if I had those sort of money .

Day retired to give way for night to fall , I dressed up with the finest cloths and foot wear which was a jeans and a shirt with my pair of Timberland shoes . I was there before she was . I waited for her with a bouquet of roses . Then from the far end of the restaurant facing the view of the road from the safety of the large window in the restaurant , I saw the the door opened by one of the waitress . She walked in with her gorgeous smile lighting up her face , with a beautiful sky blue gaun on her which made my dress up look a bit too silly . She is so beautiful tonight .

I did the gentlemen's honor by pulling her chair and giving her space to be seated at the table . The waiter light up the candle after we were seated and I ordered for the champagne bottle to be brought in . The 3 dinner course themed love at first sight complete with bands playing slow love song's in the background . The dinner started with appetizers then moved on to the main dish , It was awesomely cooked mutton steak with potatoes and truffle sauce , and to finish it off a beautiful paired cup of ice cream and strawberry puree .

That was the most awesome dinner I ever had for a very long time . After the dinner she looked in to my eyes and said "Thanks Alex for this superb dinner , It's a simple dinner but it was very beautiful . Your simplicity is capturing my heart , I really do like your simplicity ". "It makes you what you are ", she continued . I just kept smiling but she didn't knew that she has already captured my heart . After the dinner , sipping trough the champagne we were having some chats and she opened up to me about her plans for the future and her dreams , maybe she's having too much of champagne i thought to myself . she had all those big ambition and dreams which i wish i could be part of it . We didn't even notice time passed by .

It was getting rather late and I decided to walk her back to her place . Suddenly she pooped the question "Why can't guys be as good and romantic as you ", I simply answered by saying "Why can't girls be awesome like you . That day I saw a hope for me to be a part of her wonderful life . To my shocking she just lives in an apartment few blocks away from mine . We gave each other our number and said good bye for the day ......

I couldn't sleep that night , My thoughts was surrounding only on her . Romantic scenery and rhythm fulfill my sleepless dream that night . How am I going to express my feelings to her . Being a very straight forward person , I have lost touch on her matter . Wow I thought love can be blind but i realise only that day that love also can change some one . It was around 0500 am that day , I woke up and felt so blurred , happy and confused at the same time . Well let time and god decide . So did I pray .

Time was so cruel to me that day . It was 10.00 am and i headed down to the coffee shop as planned and there she was sitting there and looking at her watch . What i forgot that day was my watch is 15 minutes late . I walked up to her with a box of chocolates which i brought from the shop next door and greeted her with a smile . "Shall we have our breakfast , a coffee and waffle would be nice " she said . " Well I actually don't take coffee i don't like the taste of coffee", i replied . "I knew it , You were following aren't you "She was laughing at me . I was speechless and with a cool tone i just shred it off by saying "No , I just wanted to taste the coffee here ".

Time passed by smoothly , i never notice the changing of time when I was with her . we were talking about our life , the past , the present and the future . She was telling me about how her life went after high school up to her university life and her working days . The more i was talking to her the more i realise that i am in love with her . It was getting late afternoon . We departed in our own ways and promised for a candle light dinner the next day ...

She sat next beside me and I was so awesomely awed by her . If only I could hug her and comfort her , rhythm of love was beating fast in the flow of my heartbeat . Such a women , There she was Sandy the only girl to woo my heart and disturb my conscious . She was talking to me as if she knew me for years , "do you know Alex I use to admire you during our high school days but you were too popular that I was unnoticed by you , So how's you're life ? She kept on talking to me but I was so thrown away by her beauty I knew then I was in love , A feeling so beautiful that i can't explain through words .

" Alex are you there ? why do you look at me that way ? Hello ! " she snapped me back from my little romance dream of mine back to reality . "No I was thinking a bout something , Is a small world . Anyway hows your relationship , any boyfriends ?" I asked her . She just sighed it off by saying ,"I got no time for myself and no way I got time for any guy in my life".

I was so relieved to hear that . H mm wish I can make her mine forever . Thats the only thing that was going on in my mind . I am usually talkative but on that day I was so quite in her presence . She made me speechless , "Okey Alex I have to leave now , I am already late for my work . By the way I am working as a in the Bank just end of this street as a customer service and relations officer . You are invited to drop by anytime , bye then " she said . " Hold on there , so when can I see you again , maybe a cup of coffee sometime ". I spoke up to her . " Well today is Friday i am off for tomorrow , Tomorrow will be great , a cup of coffee and breakfast will be just nice ", she said back . "So be it , so tomorrow morning around 10am here , Set . In case I am late how do I contact you ", I tried to get her number . But she was cautious and just laugh off by saying , "Don't worry I will be waiting for you ".

So she said bye and just went along to work . My eyes kept watching her as she went by until I lost the sight of her among the crowd . She kept turning back and looking at me wit her sweet smile . After she left , i felt like rains of rose petals dropping on me . I was so in love , A feeling that I never felt before .

I went back to my apartment and time was rather slow for me that day .

It was around mid-night when I doze off into my sleep , anxiously waiting for the next day to come ...

Only the next day I planned to approach her . But i was very nervous cause i'm going to approach a girl i never knew before and hopefully don't get a beating of it . I have always enjoyed thrills in my life but never expect it to be this thrilling , God please Help me was the only thing going on in my mind . So i put my mind together and just followed my heart , which turned out to be the ride of a life time .

Got up rather early that day , and put on my clothes and prepared my self for the drama of the life time . I waited for her that morning just the opposite of my apartment . Then she just showed up from out of no where , time just freeze in her presence . I was so blown away by her . I followed her , she stopped by the local coffee shop to buy some coffee . I join the queue just behind her . She started to notice me which made me anxious . She bought herself a cup of coffee and sat on the table just outside of the shop .

i don't like coffees but for the sake of love i bought my self a cup of latte and sat next to her table , i felt so silly . I tried looking at her but every time i look into her eyes i just go carried away . Then suddenly she walked up to me , i was so shocked , 'Hi Alex how are you , you are Alex rite , Don't you remember me?" she said to me , I was speechless and so struck-ed . "hello are you there , it's me Sandy your junior in high school . And i was thinking to my self "damn how could i missed her in high school".

As time passes by according to the rhythm of the nature , I was standing in the balcony of my apartment filling my lungs with the smoke from my cigarettes . I was looking down to the streets with only my shorts on . It was early morning around 0730 am , the city streets are busy with moving vehicles and walking passer by's rushing to their work . It was a normal sight on a working day , but i felt something was different that day . An unusual feeling surrounds me , my heart beats faster and i felt a nice warm gush of wind in my face . A simple look to my right changed my life , there she was among the passer by's walking . At my first sight i felt as if I've seen an angel , my heart starts to beat faster as if I am mesmerized in her presence until i never notice the the hot cigarette butt i was holding . I knew the i was in love at first sight , but i was too deeply surrounded my emotions of unexplainable feeling that i almost fell from my balcony . So I waited for evening to come , and so i did waited then there she was walking among other people . My heart just freeze for a moment in her presence , I was blown her way by her beauty and the elegance i saw in her . She was tall , charming and captured my heart .

But I didn't approach her at first . Only the next day ...

Ever Lonely

I thought to myself to forget the past but my present doesn't want to let it go . This is how i feel now days . For me the past is not to be forgotten but to be cherished and made as part of our life . Or life in the past teaches us to be more weary of the surrounding world and appreciate life more . Life is short and uncertain so don't complicate it more with unnecessary complication of the future , live for the moment and let your present determine the unknown of the future .

Fading Away

Losing my time in this world , Thats how I feel right now . Life is uncertain fill with sweet and sometimes sour memories . So how do we cherish those memories as human are known to be forgetful , I capture my memories and thoughts trough my passion in writing as I believe my heart lies in what i write and my soul lies in my writing .
